- The package(Rm5,699) is a refined kitchen design. It comes with the base unit and wall unit only.
- The door style is melamine abs, and the worktop is Quartz Top(subject to selected colours).
- The cabinet is subject to standard height(700mm) and depth 350mm(for the wall unit) and 550mm(for the base unit).
- This package comes with one piece of exposing panel for the base unit. And two parts of exposing panels for the wall unit.
- This package COMES WITH appliances and accessories, as mentioned in “Items Included” only. Refer to banner
- Ala Carte is an excellent option for customers interested in our promotion package but doesn’t want this and that from our promotion package.
- For “All These Are Yours”, we reserve the right to change similar items for replacement when goods are running out of stock.
- All the decoration items shown in the drawing are not included unless mentioned.
- No deduction is available if the size of your kitchen is more petite.
- This package is not suitable for customers who have built a concrete table.
- Top up at a regular rate if there is any additional length.
- No discount is available on the promotion campaign and top-up items.
- Upfront payment for the reservation of this package is non-refundable.
- FREE SHIPPING and INSTALLATION for houses located within our coverage area only. Check with us if your place is covered. For locations located out of our coverage area, outstation charges are payable.
- We will only prepare 3d drawings when we receive payment for order confirmation.
- We collect 30% of the total if customers want us to prepare 3d drawings in advance.
- 3D rendering for promotion banners is only for illustration purposes.
- Plumbing and wiring work NOT INCLUDED.
- Customers shall assign their own plumber/electrician to fix their work accordingly.
- If customers insist on our service for plumbing, there will be a charge of RM200 for our labour. And, there is NO WARRANTY for pipe leakage issues.
